Create an Inspection Template from within an estimate or from the Inspection Templates Lists page.

Save an Inspection as a Template from Within an Estimate

After you create an inspection within an estimate, you can save that inspection as a template for use on other work orders.

From within an estimate, select the Inspections tab.

Select the … ellipsis in the top right corner of the inspection. Select Save as Template.

Create an Inspection Template from the Lists Page

Go to Lists > Inspection Templates. Select + New Template.

Title your inspection and add inspection items. Select Save and Close.

Manage Inspection Templates

View and manage inspection templates on the Inspection Templates List Page.

Select the Lists icon on the left-side navigation of the screen.

Select Inspection Templates from the list.

View, search, and filter the Inspection Templates list. 

Select the ... ellipsis on any inspection from the list to edit, duplicate, or delete the template.
