Select the Settings icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Select Users under the Account section on the left-hand side.
Select + Add New User to open up the New User menu.
New User Menu
Add user profile information in the New User menu. Select Save.
Select an existing user role or select + New Custom Role.
- If you select an existing user role, the set permissions for that role will auto-populate
- If any changes are made to the permissions of an existing user role, a new custom role will automatically be created
- If you select + New Custom Role, provide the new custom role a name and select preferred permissions for this role
Select Save.

To edit user information, permissions, or rates & commissions, select the user’s name in the list. Changes to permissions are not available on the user level. Changes must be made in User Roles. Check out our help article User Roles & Permissions to learn more.
Delete Users
Please Note: The ability to delete a user is only allowed by the account administrator.
Delete a user so that they no longer have access to log in to your shop. Select the … ellipsis on the user you’d like to remove from your shop. Select Delete.
The login access for the deleted user is revoked, but they will remain associated with any past estimates, timesheets, etc. Select the Deleted tab to view or restore deleted users in your shop.
Purchase Additional Users
Purchase additional user licenses for your shop on the Users page. View how many licenses you still have available in your shop. Select Update Licenses to purchase additional licenses.
Select the number of licenses you’d like to add/remove. View any associated charges. Select Update Licenses.
If you try to add a new user when you have no available licenses, you will see a banner allowing you to Update Licenses from the new user menu.
