When scheduling an appointment, check the repeat checkbox to make this appointment recurring.

Select how often the appointment repeats (a specified number of days, weeks, months, or years) and if the recurring appointment has an end date (never, on a specific date, or after a specified number of appointments).

After completing the appointment information and scheduling any desired appointment confirmation and reminders, select Save.

Edit Recurring Appointments

Drag and drop the calendar appointment to edit the appointment time.

Select if this time change should update only this appointment or this and all following appointments.

Recurring Appointment Reminders

Appointment reminders work the same for recurring appointments as they do for standalone appointments. Customers will receive a reminder for each appointment with the reminder settings you selected for that appointment. Check out our help article Appointment Confirmation & Reminders to learn more.
