Allow your customers to review, comment on, and authorize line items on digital vehicle inspections you perform in your shop. You can use these as standard check-in/check-out inspections or for more specific inspection types.

Sending Estimates and Invoices
Send digital estimates and invoices, inspections, and general service updates to your customers through text and email.
Schedule an Appointment
Appointments in Shopmonkey let you keep all of the information you need on the calendar. You’ll have quick access to customer info, vehicle info, order info, and the assigned Technicians. Appointments will also send out a confirmation to your customer and remind them of their appointment time in your shop.
Create a new appointment from the + Add Button at the top of any page.
