Schedule an Estimate Reminder to send a follow-up message to a customer who has received an estimate from your shop, but has not yet authorized it.
Schedule an Estimate Reminder
From within an order, select the Send button to send the estimate to the customer.
On the bottom left of the Send Estimate menu, select + Add Estimate Reminder.
Send Reminder will be toggled on from the Reminders tab after adding an estimate reminder.
Please Note: Reminders will automatically be cancelled if the estimate is authorized, resent to the customer, the customer replies to the estimate, or the order is invoiced, archived, or deleted.
Make any desired changes to the reminder.
- Delivery Method: SMS or Email
- Template: Use the Estimate Reminder Default template or select/create a new message template

Send Date and Time: The default reminder is scheduled for 24 hours after the current time, automatically rounded up to the closest 15-minute interval
- Please Note: These messages also follow the SMS rules during quiet hours (8PM-9AM). Even if messages are scheduled within these hours, they will not be sent until quiet hours are closed.
- Add an additional reminder(s) to be sent at a specified date/time if desired
Select Send to send the estimate to the customer and schedule the Estimate Reminder.
Manage Scheduled Estimate Reminders
After scheduling an estimate reminder, a banner will show on the Order tab on the right-side panel, as well as within the message thread with the associated customer.
Select Edit to make changes to the delivery method, send date/time, or to add an additional reminder(s). Select Delete Reminder to remove the reminder from the estimate.
