If you have a transactional or marketing SMS number registered to your shop, you are able to set up a forwarding number for any calls made to these messaging numbers.
To set a call forwarding number, select the Settings icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Select Profile under the Account section on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to the Shopmonkey Messaging Number menu. Enter in the phone number(s) to forward calls to for each of your messaging numbers. Select Save.
💡 Pro-Tip: Forward calls to your main shop number to avoid missing calls from your customers.
