Add a Recommended Service

Within an estimate, add the service that you’d like to recommend to the customer. Recommended Services will not be included in the estimate total by default, but they will be added to the total if your customer authorizes them.

Once you’ve finished filling out the service information, select the Recommended icon in the top right of the service.

Maintenance Recommendations

When a vehicle is linked to an estimate, Shopmonkey will use that vehicle's information to display recommended services and inspections. This data is based on information on vehicle mileage and time.

Upsell Previously Declined Services on an Estimate

Pro-Tip: Recommend Services that the customer previously declined to increase the number of services performed in your shop.

Within an estimate, select Suggestions to view a list of services declined by that customer. View and add any previously declined services to the estimate. Set these services as Recommended.
