Print Invoices & Work Orders
From within an order, select the dropdown arrow next to Print.
Select your preferred settings for printed invoices and work orders. Please Note: These settings only affect the printed PDF version of invoices and work orders.
Printed Invoice Options
- Include messages: Toggle on to print associated messages with this order
- Include authorization history: Toggle on to print authorization history records for this order
- Include appointments: Toggle on to include appointment information associated with this order
- Include inspections: Toggle on to print inspections performed on this order
- Include line item type: Toggle on to print the line item type (labor, part, tire, etc.) before each line item listed on the service
- When this is toggled off, each line item will simply be listed (1, 2, 3, etc.) instead of being identified as labor, part, tire, etc.
Printed Work Order Options
- Include labor hours: Toggle on to print associated labor hours with this order
- Include pricing: Toggle on to include pricing on this order
- Include appointments: Toggle on to include appointment information associated with this order
Once these settings are selected, the same settings will be applied for all new orders created thereafter.
Select Print Invoice or Print Work Order to preview the PDF and print.
