Select the Settings icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Select General Settings under the Settings section on the left-hand side.
Enable Repair Orders
In the Order Settings section, you can toggle on Enable Repair Orders. This will add the Repair Order status option in your shop between the estimate and invoice statuses.

Convert Fully Paid Orders to Invoices
In the Order Settings section, you can toggle on Convert fully paid orders to invoices. This will automatically convert any fully paid orders into an invoice.

Order Checklist
In the Order Settings section, select Customize to set required items before converting an order to a repair order or invoice.

Line Item Customer Visibility Defaults
In the Order Settings section, you can set which labor line item and part line item details are visible on orders sent to customers.
