Auto-Convert Fully Paid Orders to Invoices

Settings > General Settings > scroll to Order Settings. Toggle on Convert fully paid orders to invoices.



Once an order is fully paid, you'll see a confirmation and a message confirming that the order was automatically converted to an invoice. Auto-conversion works regardless of where payment is taken — including the workflow page, the customer page, or the public customer page (via the online payment link).



Order Checklist Considerations

If you have Order Checklist requirements, after payment you will see a banner at the top prompting the fully paid estimate to be converted to an invoice. This is also true if a customer pays electronically via their order page. If the checklist contains only optional items and they are all completed, auto-conversion will take place. 




If you do not have this feature toggled on in your shop settings, you will still see a button to convert to invoice after receiving full payment.
