HD Parts & Labor Lookup helps you quickly find industry-standard truck repair labor times and part numbers & descriptions from hundreds of manufacturers. Add labor or parts directly to an estimate using this lookup capability.
There are two ways to look up parts & labor for a specific HD vehicle:
Have the HD vehicle added to your shop and have an estimate created for the HD vehicle. Check out our article Add Vehicles to learn more about adding vehicles to your shop.

HD Parts & Labor Lookup
From within an estimate with an HD vehicle added, select Search All Services.
Some Class 3 or 4 vehicles may have information in MOTOR’s Light Duty information, Heavy Duty information, or both. You can switch between the offerings by selecting the Heavy Duty/Light Duty choice in the upper left of the Search Service screen.
Search and add labor or parts specific to the HD vehicle.
For HD labor, the search will default to the HD labor information. To search Light Duty labor information, open the Search Services screen.

Parts can be searched by part number, part description, or part manufacturer. Parts returned are specific to your search but are not limited by the linked vehicle.
Select the Interchangeable Parts option to find interchangeable parts (i.e., cross-references).
After the service is added to the estimate, you can optionally edit the service information, add and remove line items, or save it as a canned service.
Add Part and Labor Line Items
HD vehicle services can also be added directly to the estimate by adding line items. Follow the example of adding a part below.
Add a part line item. Remember, parts can be searched by part number, part description, or part manufacturer.
Select the Interchangeable Parts option to find interchangeable parts (i.e., cross-references). The original part will move to the top and its equivalent part(s) from different manufacturers will be listed below. Once the desired part is found, select Add Part.
HD Diagrams & Procedures
Selecting Diagrams & Procedures from the Search Services screen will open MOTOR’s Service page in a new browser tab. Choose the type of content and then the type of vehicle, engine, or system by navigating the left-side menu. This page provides detailed diagnostic information, diagrams, illustrations, and repair information.
