Columns
While the Filters and Snapshot categories are the same in both the Campaigns Performance Summary and Detail reports, the columns in the Campaigns Performance Detail report provide more detailed information on the recipient(s) of that specific campaign.
The following columns are included in this report:
- Name: Recipient/Customer name
- Phone or Email: The phone number or email address used to receive this campaign
- Campaign: Name of campaign
- Sent: Date and time campaign was sent
- Status: Delivery status of campaign
- Total Campaign Revenue: Total potential revenue attributed to all orders from this campaign
- Invoiced Revenue: Total revenue collected from completed and invoiced orders related to campaign
Campaign Attributions
When a campaign is attributed to a specific order, your shop gains insight on the overall performance of the campaign. Campaigns are attributed with specific orders in a few different ways:
- Automatic: When a new order is created for a customer Shopmonkey will check for:
- Most recent marketing message sent to that customer
- Verifies if the message was opened (for email)
- If the order creation date falls within the defined window of that message.
- Calls to action: Work request form links or appointment scheduler links
- If a customer clicks on that call to action within the marketing campaign, the associated order will then be linked to this campaign
- Shop manually attributes a campaign to an order
- On the right-side panel of an order, select Add next to Campaign to attribute the order to an active campaign in your shop
- Shop manually attributes a campaign to a calendar appointment
- When scheduling or editing an appointment, select the Campaign dropdown to attribute the associated order to an active campaign in your shop
