Shopmonkey HQ: You can now assign users as Service Writers, Technicians, etc. in any shop location within complex hierarchies using the new "Show user in shop" option, these users can also be "@ mentioned" in internal notes. Multi-shop users can also set notification preferences for each location.

User Updates: HQ users can now be assigned as Service Writers or Technicians, be @ mentioned, and receive notifications in any location. Notification settings are now managed at each location level, and user visibility is handled directly on the User record.
