Enable Inactive Orders
From the Workflow page, choose which workflow column(s) you'd like to set an inactivity warning for. Select the ... ellipsis in the top right of the column.
Toggle on Warn When Inactive. Specify the number of Days or Hours since last updated before an order is considered inactive. Select Save.
Each column can have a different amount of time specified before orders in that column are considered inactive or have no warning for inactive orders. Here's an example of how this could be used:
- 30 Days for "Estimates"
- 7 Days for "Dropped Off"
- No warning for "In Progress"
- 90 Days for "Invoices"
Columns that have warnings enabled will show an orange exclamation point at the top of the column. An order that is considered inactive will be orange and marked with the time it was last updated.
Filter by Inactive Orders
Select the orange Inactive Orders button at the top of the Workflow to show only inactive orders on your workflow.
Pro-Tip: Use Inactive Orders filter alongside other workflow filters to narrow down your search even more. For example, a service writer may want to see only inactive orders assigned to them.
