When adding notes to an inspection item, either type them in manually or use Inspection Quick Notes to save time.

Inspection Quick Notes

Create custom Quick Notes to add to commonly used inspection items.

From within an estimate, select the Inspections tab.

Select the Quick Notes icon to add a saved quick note to an inspection item.

Manage Inspection Quick Notes

Create new quick notes and manage existing quick notes from within an inspection or from the inspection templates list page.

Within an Inspection

Select the Quick Notes icon. Select Manage Quick Notes to edit existing Quick Notes or create a new one.

Select an existing Quick Note to make edits.

Select the … ellipsis to duplicate or delete an existing Quick Note.

Select + New Quick Note to create a new quick note. Add a title (not visible to the customer) and the note contents (visible to the customer). Select Save.

From Inspection Templates List Page

Select the Lists icon on the left-side navigation bar. Select Inspection Templates from the list.

Select Manage Quick Notes to edit existing Quick Notes or to add new Quick Notes for future use.
