If you encounter slowness, lag, or other performance issues, we recommend first checking two things:

1. Check your system's resource usage: Performance may be impacted if you have multiple applications, browser tabs, or background processes running at the same time
2. Check your Network Connection and Internet Speed: A stable and high-speed internet connection is essential for optimal performance (at least 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
3. The WebSocket connection listed above is required to support real-time updates such as message notifications and other functions including image and video uploads. If these features are not working please check your network configuration or firewall settings to ensure the WebSocket is not blocked.
