Dashboard Views
Shop vs. Personal
Select Shop or Personal to change the data shown on your dashboard.
The Shop view will include overall shop performance data, while the Personal view focuses on your individual user data.
Dashboard Data
- Gross Profit: Total profit divided by invoiced hours
- Total Sales: Total value of invoiced orders
- Average Repair Order: Total Sales divided by Total Orders Invoiced
- Total Orders Invoiced
- Invoices Fully Paid
- Unique Paying Customers: The selected date period will be applied to the dates the customer made payments, not the date the order was invoiced
- Vehicle Count
- Billed Hours: Total number of labor hours billed
- Tracked Hours: Total number of hours logged. The date period applies to the time at which the technician clocked in, not the date the order was invoiced
- General Hours: Total number of hours logged that are not related to an order. The date period applies to the time at which the technician clocked in, not the date the order was invoiced
- Average Hours per Order: Average number of labor hours billed on orders that have labor line items
Date Period & Comparison
Select a date period filter for dashboard data.
Please Note: Unless otherwise noted, the selected date period applies to the date orders were invoiced. Date period selected does not apply to Customer Aging, Largest Unpaid Invoices, Workflow Status, or Upcoming Appointments.
Optionally, select a comparison date period to view trends over time.
Customize Dashboard View
Select Customize to choose which data shows on the dashboard. This will only affect the view for you, not others in your shop.
Individual Performance
View individual performance data for users who have clocked in during the selected date period.
- Individuals
- Time Clocks: Individuals are included if they have clocked in during the selected date period. If the timesheet is associated with an order, the order does not need to be invoiced
- Labor Assignments

Tracked / Billed Hours
- Tracked Hours: If the user is clocked into an order, service, or labor, this value is the total of all time tracked on the assignment, including time that is not included in the selected date period. If the user is clocked into general activity, this value is the total of only general activity that has been clocked in during the selected date period
- Billed Hours: If a user is clocked into a labor, this is the number of hours billed for the labor
- Total Tracked Hours: The total number of hours on all activity that has been clocked in during the selected date period. This does not include hours from previous date periods on the same assignments
Customer Aging
The Customer Aging report shows data for customers who have outstanding payments. This report includes the total amount due per customer.
Largest Unpaid Invoices
Largest Unpaid Invoices shows data for unpaid invoices in your shop, from highest total amount due to lowest. Select the order number to open up the order.
Workflow Status
View a quick snapshot of the number of orders in each workflow status, including that estimated total dollar amount for each status and number of orders in each status that are pending customer authorizations.
Upcoming Appointments
View upcoming appointments in your shop filtered by today, tomorrow, this week, and next week.
