Orders & Estimates

• The technician assignment dropdown on the labor sidebar now only lists active users, and labor cost on canned service lines no longer resets to zero when a tech is assigned.
• Workflow drag-and-drop now keeps order cards in the column position you placed them, and tag filters stay applied as you page through results.
• Hidden column preferences in Workflow now persist after logging out and back in.
• When a flat-rate tech is assigned, newly added labor lines now pick up the flat rate automatically.
• Customer credits for overpayments now generate without error, and fully paid orders can be converted to invoices.
• Fixed several display issues — long order titles, the Activity panel showing empty after switching orders, and the "Order Settings" header appearing for Basic-tier shops with no settings.
• Creating an appointment from an estimate while changing customer contact info no longer creates a duplicate work order.
• Canned service line item visibility toggles now behave consistently regardless of when the customer is selected.

Parts & Inventory

• Canned Service layout no longer distorts on wide screens, and category search still works after adding a QuickBooks reference.
• Inventory tire visibility toggles now apply correctly when a tire is added to an order, and tires from inventory display their actual settings instead of defaulting to all enabled.
• Parts ordered through Repair Link now arrive at the correct quoted price.
• Vehicle search results on estimates now display VIN and owner info for easier selection.
• Selecting a part on a canned service with multiple similar line items no longer auto-selects the same part on the other line.

Printing & PDFs

• Inspection and work order images now print in the same order they were uploaded, and larger images no longer print upside down.
• Estimate document footers no longer add extra spacing or drop the first character when paragraphs are combined.

Messaging & Notifications

• Link selection in already-sent SMS campaigns is now correctly disabled, and the Deferred Service List placeholder saves correctly in CRM campaigns.
• Videos sent by text from an iPhone now play correctly in the shop's inbox.
• The Ctrl+Enter send-message shortcut now works in Chrome on Windows.
• Shops can now send texts to numbers that Telnyx mistakenly flags as landlines but actually accept SMS.
• Skipping the forwarding number selection during phone setup no longer triggers an error.
• Appointment notifications now display the correct wording.

Reports

• Clicking a Boat result in HQ Global Search now navigates correctly.
• Status column in the Campaign Performance Summary is now included in CSV/Excel exports.

HQ & Multi-Location

• Changing a shop user to HQ Admin no longer throws an error — role changes now apply on the first save.
• The HQ-level Public API now correctly supports updating vehicle owners for HQ API keys.
• Sticky table header stays pinned on HQ and shop-level Labor Rates pages as you scroll.
• Cancel button on HQ Inventory Part now works, and archived inventory filters are now clearer about what they filter on.
• Delete button in Labor Rate actions now spans full width, and Customer Rates & Fees no longer appear squished in modals.

Payments

• A bank-account update made through Stripe now reflects in Shopmonkey right away.
• The "Pay Out Instantly" button is now disabled with a tooltip for banks that don't support Instant Payouts.

ALLDATA & RepairLink

• ALLDATA maintenance-schedule search no longer mixes kilometer results into the mileage list.
• Resolved an error loop in RepairLink that was repeatedly retrying failed requests.
• Oil products no longer need to match a specific spec standard for fitment search, so more compatible oils now show up.

Inspections

• After adding an inspection to an order, the page now scrolls to the top automatically.

Users & Accounts

• Deleted users no longer count toward the totals on the User Roles screen.
• Profile picture background color changes now save immediately.

Settings & General

• QuickBooks item references now save correctly when saving a canned service from an order.
• "(deleted)" label is now consistently lowercase across the app, and "Fees & Taxes" renamed to "Taxes & Fees."
• Notes field is now sized consistently — full-width on smaller screens, capped at a comfortable width on large monitors.
• Action bar buttons on table pages now show both icon and label when space allows, collapsing to icon-only on narrower screens.
• Popover captions now render with correct colors in dark mode, and the order sidebar header alignment has been tightened.
