Orders & Estimates

• Resolved several order checklist issues — hidden and declined services are no longer included in prompts, and the experience is smoother when mileage is required but no vehicle is attached.
• Duplicating an order in a column that auto-converts to an invoice no longer produces a duplicate invoice.
• The Save button no longer disappears on invoices with many lines of notes, and adding parts to a large order no longer jumps the screen.
• Pressing Enter on service card line items now behaves consistently, and the "hours left of authorized hours" indicator updates immediately.
• You can now type to find a workflow status instead of scrolling the entire list, and the column options menu indicates when more options exist below.
• Comments & Recommendations panel now opens automatically when an order has attachments.
• Shared repair orders show the correct status on the public order page, and authorization prompts are hidden when authorizations are off.
• The order number after clocking in is now correct without a refresh, and manually added techs show their current clocked-in status.
• The unlocked labor rate option now works with HQ Canned Services.
• Invoice amounts of $1,000+ no longer wrap onto a second line on PDFs.
• Several smaller fixes — fee line items in canned services save correctly, Shop Supplies/EPA can be reset to default from popovers, vehicle Assign modal search improved, and empty-state messages now appear for no-match searches.

QuickBooks & Accounting

• Payments that previously spun indefinitely now sync correctly to QuickBooks Online.
• Canadian shops can now configure advanced CA tax settings for QBO sync, and invoices combining GST and PST now sync correctly.
• A clear error banner now appears when tax settings aren't configured for invoice sync.
• Bulk payments on large statements (100+ invoices) now sync reliably, and large customer list imports no longer stop partway through.
• The QuickBooks icon no longer appears on payouts for shops using a different accounting integration.
• The Accounting menu no longer appears for Canadian shops where it doesn't apply.

Parts & Inventory

• All tire names now appear in the exported Tire Returns file, and the inventory export once again includes a reorder Status column.
• Purchase order taxes now calculate automatically for taxable parts added from an order.
• Fixed a problem where assigning line items in bulk across multiple orders could corrupt order data.
• Parts and inventory exports now honor your active search and column filters, so files match what's on screen.
• Printing a draft bulk adjustment to PDF now includes the entered quantities.
• Swapping parts on a PartsTech PO no longer returns an error, and the Export XLS button on Instant Payout details now works.
• The Spend by Vendor report's Total Parts Cost and Total Tires Cost columns now return quantity × cost.
• HQ canned services now respect the Taxable toggle at the shop level, and unlocked labor rates display the correct rate at locations.
• Inventory autocomplete suggestions no longer reopen after clicking away.

Payments & Financing

• Interchange-plus (IC+) processing fees are now correctly prorated across bulk payments.
• Payment settings now display your ACH and BNPL rates using configured location fees, and debit/Interac rates are hidden when they match credit rates.
• Affirm financing messaging now displays correctly even when a payment amount is below $50.
• The Sunbit payment plans action has moved into the "+" menu on the Workflow page for a cleaner layout.
• The Transactions report now leads with the Status column and surfaces active disputes, and a new Disputes report provides visibility into dispute details with Excel export.
• Fixed an order that could still show an unpaid balance after a completed payment.
• The Pay button now reflects pending ACH status, reducing the risk of accidental double payment.

Reports

• The Reports page search box is no longer cut off on smaller screens.
• The effective labor rate on the Order Profitability report now excludes services that are both authorized and hidden.
• Users with Reports permission are no longer incorrectly shown as disabled when selecting scheduled report recipients.
• Tooltips added to the Commission Summary report columns.
• Vehicle exports now preserve mileage unit (kilometers or miles).

Inspections & Vehicle Data

• The ALLDATA maintenance interval list no longer duplicates when the browser is resized.
• Long inspection template titles no longer break the tile layout.
• TINs with valid DOT formats that were previously rejected are now accepted, and the error message for incorrectly entered TINs is clearer.
• The Fee Amount field on the Canned Service edit screen is now readable in dark mode.

HQ & Multi-Location

• Resolved an HQ login issue that caused some admins to lose access, and customer vehicle pages opened from HQ locations no longer appear empty.
• Collate is back on HQ Parts for easier cross-location management.
• Inventory category templates from HQ now propagate correctly to all locations, and deleting a matrix or rate in HQ no longer removes a location's default.
• Line-Item Customer Visibility Defaults now save correctly in HQ Settings, and the HQ labor rate form marks required fields.
• The company hierarchy view auto-scrolls when selecting items on the far right.
• Resolved an issue where some roles showed "No app access" after recent permission updates.
• Several layout fixes — Location Access panel is wider, duplicate results counts removed, and sticky headers stay pinned on Labor Rates pages.

Messaging & Communications

• Transactional messages such as estimates and invoices are no longer delayed behind large marketing campaigns.
• Incoming SMS replies now attach to the correct order when a customer has more than one open.
• The Edit Customer dialog now shows consistent options everywhere, and toggling a thread done/open no longer leaves it in a broken state.
• Corrected translation errors affecting Canadian shops creating invoices in French and translating to Spanish.

Scheduling & Calendar

• The appointment popover and form now show the same list of technicians for users with limited calendar access.
• The State field now populates correctly when adding a vehicle through license plate lookup.

Commissions

• New users now automatically receive a commission record so reporting stays complete from day one.

Settings & General

• Vehicle color choices are now ordered by frequency, putting common colors at the top.
• Adding labor rates is faster with a "Do it again" option for back-to-back entries.
• Archiving now shows a confirmation prompt instead of a delete-style warning.
• Time clock status stays current across tabs without needing a refresh.
• Several UI polish fixes — dark mode notification count, message-read visual jump, misaligned mobile table headers, tooltip overflow, and hover states on tax settings.
• Updated the sign-in page wording for clarity.
• Sticky table header, full-width delete button, and proper modal spacing on Labor Rates and Customer Rates pages.

Mobile App

• Resolved an error that prevented some users from setting up Face ID in the Shopmonkey for Techs iOS app.
