Inventory Stock Levels show inventory counts for parts and tires across every location in an HQ organization, giving HQ users a single view of what is stocked, what is low, and what needs reordering.
Select the Data icon on the left-side navigation bar.
Select Stock Levels in the Stock Management section.
Select the Parts or Tires tab to view the parts or tires inventory across all locations.
- Parts owned by the company (HQ shared inventory catalog) will show as Company in the Owned by column
- Company-owned parts will appear as an expandable row. Expand the row to see the inventory count, min, max, and stock status for each location
- Parts owned by a location will show as the location name in the Owned by column
- Location-owned parts appear as individual rows with that location's inventory count and stock status
- Search by part number or SKU to see every matching part across all locations
Filters can also be used to include locations, owned by (corporate or location), status (shortage, low, stocked), or vendor
Stock Status
Stock status depends on the minimum and maximum quantities set at the part-level for the location. If a part has no minimum defined, Stock Levels cannot determine a status, and the status displays as unavailable.
- Stocked: The on-hand quantity is equal to or greater than the minimum. For example, a part with a minimum of 5 and 5 on hand shows as Stocked.
- Low: The on-hand quantity is below the minimum. Stock Levels also shows the reorder quantity needed to reach the maximum.
- No status: No minimum is defined for the part at that location.
For shared parts, the collapsed roll-up row summarizes status across locations. For example, it shows Fully stocked when every location with a minimum is stocked, or shows how many locations are low.
Updating Min, Max, and On-Hand Part Quantities
Stock Levels is view-only. To make updates to the information that impacts stock status, update the part at the location.
- Switch into the location that owns the inventory.
- Open the part in the location's inventory.
- Enter the minimum, maximum, and on-hand quantities.
- Save the part.
- Return to HQ and refresh the Stock Levels page. Updates appear almost immediately, but you need to refresh the page if it was already open.
