Workflow: When you drag an estimate into a “Convert to Invoice” column, it now converts correctly every time.
Reports: You’ll now see long user names wrap to a new line instead of being cut off.
Customer Info: If a customer submits info through the Work Request Form or Appointment Scheduler, you’ll now see the phone number type field populate correctly.
Technician Detail Report: You can now see parts and tire assignments listed alongside labor in the Technician column.
QuickBooks: When you add parts or tires to inventory from an order, the correct QuickBooks item reference is now assigned automatically.
QuickBooks: In your inventory part activity history, you’ll now see the QuickBooks item reference name after it’s been added or modified.
QuickBooks: When you use Auto Sync Invoices, you’ll no longer get duplicate prompts if an invoice number already exists in QuickBooks.
CRM Reviews: If your review request trigger is set to “fully paid,” you’ll now see the review prompt appear when collecting payment from Workflow.
Shopmonkey HQ: You’ll now find a Locations column in multiple HQ reports (Inspection Summary, Inspection Detail, Canned Service Summary, and Canned Service Detail).
Shopmonkey HQ: When you click an order from the Time Log report, you’ll now be taken directly to the correct shop and order.
