Orders & Estimates

• Resolved a problem with "Convert to Invoice" on Estimates where the order checklist appeared, but the Next button stayed grayed out.
• Flat Rate labor now shows the correct cost and rate values when adding additional labor lines for a service with an already-assigned technician.
• Declining services on the public order page now waits for customer confirmation before taking action.
• Orders now correctly show a negative remaining balance when a payment has been made on a declined estimate.
• Tags on large work orders no longer reappear after being removed.
• Shop supply caps now apply correctly when duplicating orders.
• Shop supplies now update properly on migrated open orders.
• Labor costs now persist correctly for profitability tracking on invoices.

Reports

• Corrected the "Lost Sales" value on the Sales Summary so it matches between the summary card and the chart tooltip.
• Removed a redundant "Data refresh" tooltip that appeared on Orders reports.
• The "Export XLS" button on the Sales Summary is now properly disabled when the report contains no data.

Parts & Inventory

• Users with proper permissions can now access the Parts & Tires tab without encountering a "permission denied" error.
• The Parts & Tires tab no longer triggers a permission error when inventory transfers are disabled.
• The duplicate SKU popover now displays the correct part name and cost information.
• Import templates now come pre-formatted with empty rows, preventing number fields from losing formatting when data is pasted in.

Purchase Orders & Taxes

• PO line items now print in the correct order on the PDF.
• The sales tax toggle on purchase orders now saves correctly after changes
• Purchase orders can now be generated from orders containing items with negative quantities
• Shared inventory labor items from HQ now respect location-level tax settings instead of defaulting to taxable

Inspections

• Addressed a bug where inspection templates failed to populate for some users.
• Inspections are now visible across locations for customers who haven't yet been serviced.

Settings & General Improvements

• HQ Shops with no active API are no longer incorrectly redirected to the Workflow page when accessing the API page.
• The Print button on the Surcharge Fee Printout page is now responsive.
• Password change fields now include placeholder text for better clarity.
• Google Analytics tracking now works correctly when connected through Google Tag Manager on work request forms.
• Vehicle mileage data now loads reliably across all database regions.

Vehicles

• Corrected the Vehicle Owner Assignment pop-up so it properly displays the existing owner instead of appearing blank.

Integrations

• Sales tax-exempt customers no longer appear as taxable amounts on the Sales Tax Liability Report in QuickBooks.

Time Clocks

• Filters now continue to apply correctly after editing a time entry.

Messages & Support

• In-app support chat history is now preserved when navigating between pages
