• QuickBooks - Canada: Canadian shops no longer receive errors when sending invoices with non-taxable EPA fees to QuickBooks Online.
• QuickBooks: Payment reference numbers sent to QuickBooks will now be truncated when they exceed the 21-character limit, preventing previous errors.
• NexPart: Technicians, and users with Technician View, no longer see permission errors when accessing the Parts & Tires tab. All procurement options are removed from this view.
• Purchase Orders: An issue causing errors for shops with thousands of POs while searching on the Purchasing/Purchase Orders page has been fixed.
• Reports - Time Clock: Time clock data was being returned for deleted orders in these reports. This has been resolved.
• Reports - Technician Summary: The Summary and Services by Technician reports now correctly display $0 for labor items discounted at 100%. Previously, the non-discounted amount was shown for 100% discounted items.
• Inventory - Tires: Tire size search results have been improved, with exact matches now appearing at the top.
• HQ Reports - End of Day: When running the End of Day report for multiple locations in HQ, you can now export the results to PDF.
• Time Clocks: Technicians clocking in from within a Work Order (WO) will now have the WO selected by default instead of "General." Time logged under "General" will still be recorded in the WO’s time log if the technician is assigned to the order.
• Service Authorizations: Services authorized by shop users will now display as authorized by the user, rather than the customer, in the order’s activity feed.
• Campaign Manager: Marketing campaigns no longer create empty message threads in the message center after being sent.
• Vessels: Clicking a vessel from an order now correctly opens the vessel record from Lists/Vessels.
• iOS Mobile App: The issue causing users to be logged out of the mobile app multiple times a day has been resolved in version 1.0.105.

Settings - User Roles: Deleted users are no longer included in the user count displayed for each role in Settings > User Roles.

• Support Chat Stability: Fixed an issue causing the app to crash when accessing support team chats.
• Search Improvements: Searching for shop users now updates correctly, even when modifying the search bar (e.g., adding spaces or changing the name).

  • The user list is now scrollable when using @ mentions.
  • Fixed an issue where duplicate users appeared when tagging someone in a message.

• Search Bar Fixes: Searching for shop users now correctly updates when spaces are added in names.

• Diagrams & Procedures Accessibility: You can now properly access Diagrams & Procedures from orders and labor line items.
• Navigation Fixes: Previously, users couldn't return to the previous screen after searching. This has been fixed with improved navigation controls.
• Login & Performance Enhancements: Improved app stability, reducing crashes and ensuring a smoother experience when logging in or using the app for extended periods.
