Audience Builder for One-Time Campaigns

Audience Builder is now available in CRM Essentials for one-time campaigns. Build targeted customer segments to send more relevant, personalized campaigns.

What you can do:

• Send VIP offers to high-value customers based on all-time customer spend
• Create campaigns for specific vehicle owners (like Ford F-150 or BMW M3 owners)
• Reach out to customers who haven’t visited your shop in the past 12 months 

These are just a few examples of segments you can create!

New Improvements

Canned Service Summary & Details Reports: Get deeper insights into your shop's canned service usage with these brand-new reports. View important metrics at a glance and drill down to see individual team member performance details.

User Permissions: You can now control order deletion access with a new Service Writer permission. When turned off, users can't delete orders and the delete option is completely hidden.

Introducing Affirm Buy Now, Pay Over Time

You can now offer your customers new flexible payment options with our new Affirm integration, available in the US and Canada! If you are located in the US, you can use Affirm alongside your existing Sunbit options and give customers even more payment flexibility, while you get paid in full, up front.

New Improvements

Security Settings: You’ll now automatically receive security alerts when sensitive settings like your Payouts Account, ACH, or Buy Now, Pay Over Time options are updated. If you have access to Settings, email and in-app alerts are required, while SMS notifications are optional.

Customer & Fleet Lists: You can now see even more detail in the Line Items table under Lists > Customers/Fleets > Orders. We've added Brand, Model, Margin, Markup, Hours, Rate, Commission, and all Fee details. Plus, you can export everything to Excel for easier analysis and sharing.

Customer PO #: Users who do not have the “Edit Invoice” permission can now edit the Customer PO # field on invoices that are not archived. 

Order Permissions: To help protect your financial records, orders with payments can no longer be deleted. You can still archive them or remove the payment first if deletion is needed.

Reporting - Payment Types: The Payment Types report now shows totals for Refunds, helping you ensure everything matches when you drill down from the All Payments report.

Saved Reports: You can now save reports with your chosen columns, filters, and sort order. Every time you open the report, it’ll look exactly the way you left it.
