Introducing Hide Line Item Pricing & Campaign Attribution Settings
As we head toward the end of the month, we’re excited to introduce two new updates, now live. Both give you more control over how you present pricing to customers and how you measure your campaign performance.
- Hide Line Item Pricing: You can now choose to hide line item details on estimates and invoices. When turned on, this shows vehicle owners the total service price without a detailed breakdown of pricing for each line item, giving your team more flexibility when presenting services.
- Campaign Attribution Settings: CRM Essentials customers can now adjust the Attribution Window in campaign settings. This gives you more control over how campaign performance is measured, so your Campaign Performance Summary report more accurately reflects the orders influenced by the campaigns you send. New Improvements:
- Campaign Email Editor: Our new Email Editor is now live for all CRM Essentials customers. You now have more flexibility when building campaigns, add sections, images, buttons, and start from pre-built templates to create professional emails faster. Learn more in the updated Support Center article.
-
Service Level Categories: Now available for all customers. You can now categorize work at the service level, not just by parts and labor. Categories appear at the top of each service within an order, and canned services can be pre-categorized to simplify day-to-day workflow.
-
Why this matters:
You can now understand sales and performance by the type of work you perform, such as:- Tires
- Oil services
- Alignments
- Diagnostics
If you use QuickBooks, you can optionally map these categories there so reporting stays consistent across both systems. This update does not change any of your existing QuickBooks mappings unless you choose to update them.
-
Why this matters:
- Sunbit Payment Path: If you’re using BNPL through Sunbit, you’ll now see two new buttons in Workflow and Estimates that allow your team to generate financing approvals during the estimate phase. This helps you introduce payment options earlier in the conversation and move forward with approved work more confidently. Click here to learn more.
- Commission Detail Report: A new Commission Detail Report is now available as a drilldown from the Commission Summary report. You can now view every individual commissionable item that makes up the summary totals, including commission type, assignment percentage, rate, commission amount, and retail amount. This gives you clearer visibility into how commissions are calculated.
- Parts Returns: Deleting an order line item will no longer delete any associated part return. The return now persists and continues referencing the order, helping you maintain cleaner records and more accurate tracking.
