New Improvements
- Workflow Status Search: Shops that have configured many workflow columns can now search for a Workflow Status directly within an Estimate or Repair Order. This saves time by letting you move orders straight to the column you need, without scrolling through a long list to find it.
- Sunbit Payment Plans – Button Relocation: The Sunbit payment plans button has been relocated from the top of the workflow page to the top navigation bar and can be found in the "+" menu. As a reminder, if you currently offer BNPL via Sunbit to your customers, this button enables service writers and managers to send pre-approval links to vehicle owners ahead of time. This gives customers the flexibility to explore payment plans before authorizing work.
- Affirm Pre-Qualification Links: If your team offers Affirm BNPL to customers, vehicle owners will now see a pre-qualification link on the digital estimate that is sent to them. This helps customers see what financing options they qualify for before approving the work quoted on the estimate.

The features listed below are still in development and subject to change. We'll share timing and details as they become available.
Dashboard Updates: Soon, an updated Dashboard will be available with shop insights and comparative data to help you better understand how your day, week, or month is going at a glance. For team members who don't have reporting access, a Personal view will also be available, giving everyone visibility into their own performance.
This updated Dashboard experience is already in beta testing with a group of customers and will be coming to all shops in the near future. We'll share more details as we get closer to the release, but here's a preview of what you can expect!
- Fleets in Campaigns: For CRM customers, Campaigns will soon have the ability to target fleet customers. Your team will be able to select a campaign, define the audience, and schedule it as a one-time or automated message, so your shop is the first call they make when they need service.
- Mobile App Messaging: Last but not least, Message Center is coming to iOS and Android. Last month we released Notification Center, and this update will continue to bring more of the Shopmonkey experience to the mobile app. Work is already underway and more details will be shared as we get closer to this release.
