April was a feature packed month, here is a recap of features that were just released throughout the month.
New Improvements

ALLDATA Integration: Now Available! We’re excited to announce that you can now log into your existing ALLDATA parts and labor guide directly within Shopmonkey. When signed in, your team will be able to seamlessly toggle between MOTOR & ALLDATA labor information with just a couple clicks.

Note: You will need to have an existing ALLDATA Parts & Labor login to use this feature. ALLDATA plans can not be purchased via Shopmonkey.

Cash Tracking: Introducing a built-in way to manage cash payments and multiple cash drawers across your shop. Team members, with the appropriate permissions, can open drawers, set a start-of-day amount, record cash payments with real-time change due, and close out at the end of the day, all within Shopmonkey.

Overpayment Credits: With this release, your team now has a better way to handle payments that exceed the amount owed on an Invoice. Credits will be tied back to the customer profile, the original order where the credit came from, and can seamlessly be applied to future orders.

Inventory Bulk Adjustments: This feature unlocks the ability to complete physical inventory reconciliations in bulk for parts and tires. Instead of manually updating individual records, team members, with the appropriate permissions, can edit multiple inventory items simultaneously, save progress as drafts, and generate PDF count sheets.

Auto-Convert Fully-Paid Orders to Invoices: This brand new setting, found in the Order Settings menu, now gives you the option to automatically convert fully paid orders into invoices.

Dark Mode: We've mentioned Dark Mode a few times, so thank you again to everyone who voted for it in our Feature Request Portal. If you haven't tried it yet, it's available as an optional theme under your user profile settings.

Inspection E-Signatures: You can now capture digital e-signatures on inspections. Enable this in your shop settings to start collecting customer signatures after they've reviewed their inspection results.
