Bookkeeping & Accounting, Dashboard Updates, and More
Welcome back to our latest release notes! Last month, we shared a series of updates across Shopmonkey, and we're back with even more for July. This month, we've introduced Shopmonkey Accounting & Bookkeeping, expanded CRM Campaigns to support fleet customers, and have more details on the Dashboard and Mobile App updates coming later this month.

New Improvements
- Accounting & Bookkeeping: This month, we introduced two new add-on products: Shopmonkey Accounting and Shopmonkey Bookkeeping. Whether you want to manage your books directly in Shopmonkey or have a dedicated bookkeeper handle them for you, these new options help simplify your bookkeeping and accounting workflows. - CRM Essentials – Fleets in Campaigns: For CRM customers, Campaigns now support fleet customers. You can choose a campaign, define your audience, and schedule it as a one-time or automated message, making it easier to keep fleet customers engaged with service follow-up and stay-connected campaigns.
- Payments – ACH Confirmation: When a vehicle owner makes an ACH payment, they'll now see a confirmation once the payment has been submitted. If the order is fully paid, the Pay button will be disabled. If there's still a remaining balance, the Pay option will stay active and a processing alert will be shown. This update gives vehicle owners clearer payment status and helps reduce confusion while ACH payments are processing.

Dashboard Updates: Beginning July 15, all shops will receive an updated Dashboard with new insights and comparative data to help you understand how your day, week, or month is performing at a glance. Team members without reporting access will also see a new Personal view, giving everyone visibility into their own performance.

Mobile App Messaging: Message Center is coming to the iOS and Android Shopmonkey app later this month. Your team will be able to message customers from anywhere with the same core messaging experience available on the web, including unread and unresponded filters, order-specific conversations, bulk actions, AI Smart Replies, internal notes, message templates, and delivery indicators.
Before the app is updated, you'll see an announcement in both the web and mobile apps so your team knows what to expect.
