New Improvements

Navigation Improvement: We'd received feedback that users were losing freshly-entered data when changing screens in the app. Accordingly, we've introduced a pop-up which advises the user that "changes are being saved" if they attempt to navigate away from their current page while data is still saving. The message will disappear once the save is complete, and the user will be navigated to their intended destination.

Vehicle Photos: Upload Photo is now available in 2 additional locations to reduce the steps needed to upload a vehicle photo. The … menu now provides Upload Photo from Workflow Columns view and from an Order's Vehicle right panel view.

Order Activity: We've introduced a feature that creates an updated PDF link in the activity log every time the order is converted to a new status.

QuickBooks Online: When an invoice has not already been sent to QuickBooks Online, we now include an option to send the invoice when sending a payment from that invoice to QuickBooks.

Excel Exports: The Excel export option is now available on the following pages:

Surcharging Now Available

You can now add a surcharge fee to invoices using Shopmonkey Payments. Head on over to your General Settings to set the amount, and the fee you select will be automatically included at checkout—no manual steps needed.

Note: Surcharging is only available in states where it's permitted.

• Digital Inspections: Your customers will now go straight to the online inspection when you send them an inspection, and PDFs are attached directly.
