Book with Google, Workflow Improvements, and More!
This week’s release includes new ways to connect with your customers, workflow improvements that help your team stay organized, a series of important Mobile App updates, and more.
First up, Book with Google is now available for all CRM Essentials customers. Vehicle owners can schedule appointments directly from your Google Business Profile, helping you capture more business from search. Setup is quick and simple. Check out our updated article to get started.
Secondly, we’ve made Workflow even more efficient. Requests submitted through your built-in Work Request Form can now be routed to a dedicated workflow column. For example, you might create an “Online Requests” column to track customer-submitted estimates separately from shop-created orders. Learn more in our updated article.
And there is more on the way, later this month, new archive settings will give you greater flexibility in how you manage inactive work, with options to automatically archive jobs after 30, 60, or any custom number of days.
New Improvements
Global Search: Moved to the top navigation bar for faster access to any information you’re looking for.
Reports - Sales by Customer: You can now easily track profit, cost, sales, and discounts by customer, with clickable drilldowns into the All Orders report for deeper insights. The New Customer Type and Order Tags filters help you analyze the data that matters most, these filters are also available across All Orders, All Invoices, All Estimates, Paid Invoices, and Unpaid Invoices reports.
Reports – Customer Aging: Customer (or Fleet) names now link directly to their records.
Reports – Inspection Detail: Displays a badge when multiple team members have worked on an item.
Reports – CRM Performance: Campaign Performance Detail now shows first-open dates, first-click dates, order number & name (with link), and appointments booked from campaigns.
Report Filters: Filters referencing internal users now return deleted/inactive users with a clear indicator. This makes it easier to filter historical reports.

Workflow, Global Search, & Order Improvements
You now have more flexibility in how you manage inactive work. With the new archive settings, you can set a custom timeframe on any workflow column. If an order in that column hasn’t been updated within the time you set, it will automatically archive.
Whether that’s 30, 60, 90 days, or a custom number of days, it’s completely up to you. This helps keep your workflow clean, organized, and focused only on active jobs.
New Improvements
Global Search: You can now scroll through as many search results as you need; results are no longer limited to 25 at a time.
Recommended Services: When you review order authorizations, you’ll now see service requests and recommended services separated into their own tables. Recommended services will default to “no response,” making it easier for you to avoid authorizing work that was only suggested and giving your customers a clearer view of what’s been approved.
Appointment Assignments: A new notification setting is now available that lets you assign technicians to appointments directly from the Calendar, even before creating an order. When you do assign work, your technicians will get notified in real time (in-app, SMS, or email) whenever they’re assigned or unassigned, helping your team stay aligned on upcoming work.
