New Automated Campaigns - Now Available!
We've made it even easier to stay in touch with your customers with two new automated campaigns:
- Customer Re-engagement: Bring back customers who haven’t visited in a while.
- Service Follow Up: Check in on customer satisfaction after each service.
These new campaigns join our existing Canned Service Reminder and Deferred Service Reminder automated campaigns, helping you keep customer communication consistent. Looking for something completely custom? Our One-Time Campaigns offer a built-in audience builder for targeting specific vehicle owners.

New Improvements
Digital Vehicle Inspections: Your customers can now mark yellow or red items as “Request Estimate” or “Ignore” when reviewing their inspection. You can turn this feature on or off and change the labels in Settings > General Settings. Shop users can also get notifications when a customer reviews their inspection.
Purchase Orders: When adding a fee to a Purchase Order, you can now select from your list of canned fees (Lists / Fees).
Self-Service Imports: After importing customers (or other data), the status banner now stays visible and gives you the option to "Reload to view" so you can immediately see the imported data..
Vehicle Types: More customizable vehicle types are now available, including Class B Motorhome, Class Super C Motorhome, Camper Topper, and Fifth Wheel.
Add New Services Bar: Once you’ve added a service to an order, you’ll now see a full “New Service” bar right below the service, making it faster to add more work to an order. The blue “+” button between services is still available.
Inventory: When searching for parts, exact matches on part number or SKU will now appear first, making it easier to find the part you need.
Parts & Tire Workflow: You can now export your parts and tires workflow to Excel.
