Shopmonkey HD: Compatible Parts, Labor, Diagrams, and Procedures are now available through our integration with MOTOR Fleetcross. This release supports shops that work on medium and heavy-duty vehicles with the information needed to help speed up the process of ordering the correct parts, determining how much time a job will take, and having procedures on hand to successfully complete approved repairs. Vehicle Images Update
Stock vehicle images will no longer auto-generate when entering vehicle information. MOTOR, the provider of these images, is working on an issue related to this service and has not provided a resolution date. We understand this change may be an adjustment, and we apologize for any inconvenience it might cause. Any manually uploaded images will stay in place, and you can continue uploading images manually as always.
New Improvements
- You can now search for message threads directly in the Message Center.
- It's now much easier to schedule multi-day appointments. It will now show an end date and have that end date move anytime you move the start date to retain the same number of days for that the appointment.

Redesigned Reports Landing Page
Our new Reports Landing Page offers quicker access to your favorite reports, with the ability to reorder them and a dedicated search bar to quickly find the report you need. To get started, simply click the 'favorite' icon on your most-used reports to populate the left-side list. From there, hover over the report name to drag and reorder your list for easy access!
Multiple Message Recipients
Improve your customer communication processes with our latest messaging update! Orders, statements, and inspections can now be sent to multiple customers at once. This long-awaited update is a small enhancement with a big impact on your team’s efficiency.
New Improvements
- Canned Service Search: Enhanced to support multiple keywords, partial matches, and search by labor lines, making it easier to find canned services.
- End of Day Report: Users can now run the report by Invoice Date, Fully Paid Date, or both.
- Bulk Message Management: Users can now mark messages as read/unread in bulk.
- Collapsible Parts Category Panel: The parts category panel is now collapsible, allowing more visibility of the parts table.
- Line Breaks in "Name" Fields: Users can enter line breaks in "name" fields (e.g., parts and labor) on an order by pressing the <enter> key.
- Persistent Calendar Preferences: Calendar filter selections are now saved and will persist after logging out and back in.
- Customer Aging Report Update: The "0 to 30" column has been renamed to "1 to 30" for better accuracy. The "Current" column shows totals not due yet, while "1 to 30" displays overdue amounts (1 to 30 days).
- Notification Setup for Shop Admins: Admins can now configure notifications for users directly from the settings, streamlining the setup process.
- Fleet Review Requests: Review Requests are now automatically disabled for fleets for customers using the Reviews Manager.
- Purchase Order Navigation: When viewing a Purchase Order, users can now jump directly to the associated Work Order via the "View Work Order" button.
