Message Center Improvements
You’ll now see a new Unresponded Messages filter in the Message Center. This helps your team quickly see which conversations still need a reply and adds a new Mark Done action so finished conversations don’t stay in the unresponded list.
If a customer replies to a conversation that was marked done, it will automatically show back up in the unresponded list so your team knows a response is needed. To learn more, check out our updated knowledge base article.

Canada QBO Tax Mapping: A new sales tax mapping option is now available for Canadian shops connected to QuickBooks Online.
- With this update, Shopmonkey no longer creates a Shopmonkey Tax Agency, tax groups, or tax codes in QBO Canada. Instead, your shop can map to existing tax groups and tax codes directly in QuickBooks Online.
- By mapping to standard CRA and/or provincial tax agencies, you’ll be able to file taxes directly through those agencies. Please contact Support if you’d like this enabled for your shop.
- Work Request Form — Auto Reply: Vehicle owners who submit a request using your Work Request Form will now receive an automated reply confirming their request was submitted. You can customize this message in Message Templates so it matches your shop’s language.
- Parts Returns: Deleting an order line item will no longer delete any associated part return. The part return will now remain and be linked to the original order.
- ATI Report: For shops working with an ATI Coach can now request access to our new ATI Report. If you’re part of ATI and would like access, please reach out to our Support team.
- Customer Order Page: Declined services on the digital customer estimate page are now easier to spot, with improved badges and borders. This makes it easier for both your team and your customers to talk through approved and declined work.
