New Internal Notes, Calendar Views, and More!
We’ve made some improvements to internal notes, giving your team more flexibility and visibility across Shopmonkey. With this update, you can now:
- Add and manage notes directly within an order, with more space for photos and documents.
- Add and manage notes on Customer, Vehicle, Vendor, Vessel, and Fleet profiles.
- Edit or delete notes you’ve created.
- View internal notes alongside customer Message Threads, per order.

New Improvements
Shopmonkey Support Center: Get answers, browse the latest articles, and request help all in one place—directly in the app or at support.shopmonkey.io/hc/en-us.
Bulk Payments: Process multiple orders at once with Shopmonkey Payments, perfect for customers who want to pay for several orders together.
Order Header Improvements: Quickly update customer and vehicle information right inside an order. The refreshed layout, at the top of the order, makes managing new and existing orders faster and easier.
New Calendar View: You can now use the condensed Week View to see all incoming appointments at a glance.
Message Indicator: See an alert whenever a customer replies about a specific order while you’re working on it.
Workflow – Inspection Icon: The inspection icon on workflow cards now shows the review status for each inspection line item.
Online Payments: With Shopmonkey Payments enabled, the “Allow Online Payment” toggle now turns on automatically whenever you convert an order to an invoice.
Purchase Orders: Add and modify canned fees on all POs, including Parts Procurement POs.
Reports – Time Log: Sort the Time Log report by technician to track hours quickly.
Reports – Order Profitability: Order profitability results now update in near real-time, giving you faster insights.
Referral Sources: Search for and add referral sources more easily.
